All citizens who have turned 18 and are registered in the city of Stockholm have automatically been granted 20 points to spend on counselling in Starta eget Stockholm. You log in to the service by clicking on "Get started".
The service includes a filtering function so that you can more easily choose from the range of industries, subjects, languages and dates. The advisors are constantly presenting new activities to take part in, therefore it may be wise to log in at regular intervals as the offer varies.
When you want to book an activity, you need to identify yourself with Bank-id in the service. It is Bank-id that detects that you are registered in the city of Stockholm. If you book individual coaching, 2 points per hour are deducted from your points balance. If you book a workshop, 1 point is deducted from your balance regardless of how long the workshop is.
Keep in mind that many people want to take part in the counselling via Starta eget Stockholm. If you want to cancel, you need to do it at least 24 hours before, otherwise you lose the points for the activity.
