Processing of personal data – establishment service
When a company contacts the establishment service at Stockholm Business Region, the company processes personal data.
Personal data that is processed is
- name
- e-mail address
- telephone number.
In the case of individual companies and partnerships, the corporate identity number may also be personal data.
The legal basis for the collection of personal data is legitimate interest. The collection is needed for the service offered by Stockholm Business Region to be carried out in an efficient and desired way.
Stockholm Business Region never saves personal data for longer than is necessary.
The work with the introduction service is evaluated three months after the service has ended. Personal data within the establishment service will then be deleted.
Introduction service is a service that several of the city's administrations and companies jointly offer. This means that we may need to share personal data with each other in order to be able to perform the service. Each administration and company has its own personal data responsibility.
