Community Centers and Meeting Places
There are several association-run community centers and meeting places around Stockholm that can be used for meetings and other events.

Parks
There may be parks that are suitable for your event. Contact the district administration that manages the park for any questions. If your event is to be held in a park, you also need permission from the police authority.

Choose a location that
- is easy to reach via sustainable transport options, such as public transport and bicycle – transportation accounts for a large part of the climate impact
- takes safety and accessibility into account
- protects local ecosystems, such as land and water
- provides staff with a good working environment, both your own and the facility's staff
- minimizes noise and traffic disturbances for nearby residents
- is economically sustainable based on your event budget.
