Stockholm Acceleration Scholarship

If you were a finalist in Stockholm Innovation Scholarship during the past five years you have the opportunity to apply for the Stockholm Acceleration Scholarship.

How is the winner of the Acceleration Scholarship rewarded? 

  • The winner of Stockholm Acceleration Scholarship will be invited to a prize ceremony where he/she will be awarded 250 000 Swedish Crowns.
  • The scholarship winner will also gain access to an inspiring co-working space at United Spaces for six months.
  • The Scholarship holder, will also be offered a custom made programme from Almi, free of charge.  

Application opens on August 19

The application period for the scholarship is 19 August–6 October.

Who may apply?

  • Those awarded as finalists in Stockholm Innovation Scholarship during the past five years are eligible to apply.
  • You must live or work in Stockholm County, or your company is established in Stockholm County.
  • The Acceleration Scholarship will award one of the finalists who is deemed to have the best ability and the greatest potential to further develop their innovation.
  • You can only receive the Acceleration Scholarship once. Earlier Acceleration scholarship winners can therefore not participate.

Application process

  • The winner is chosen after an application process and jury assessment.
  • Every jury member sign a non-disclosure agreement, NDA, so that applicants can safely share and present their application.
  • Applicants may be called by the jury for supplementary information if necessary.
  • All applicants including the winner will be informed via e-mail.
